  • 1-6' undraped table and 2 chairs per company (if you want additional tables or chairs, you can bring them or call for pricing.)
  • Lunch for representatives - program listing + email blast advertisements - cleanup dumpsters

All Ads will be printed in the show program (6x9) and will also be sent sporadically via email to our over 5000 email list as show promotion in the weeks preceding the show. (Sooner we get the ad, sooner it will start being advertised.)

Questions & Answers

  • Can I bring merchandise to sell?

    Absolutely, YES! If you can fit it in your booth, you can sell it.

  • Can I advertise my "Show Specials" in the program?

    YES, the program will be mailed to NSLGA members prior to the event & if advertised in the program we will blast in the program we will blast it in email show promotions.

  • Will there be electric at the booth?

    Yes, with prior notification. No day of orders.

  • Can I serve food or drinks from my booth?

    Absolutely, you can do whatever you want in the confines of your booth.

  • Can I bring a canopy & extra chairs?

    YES! If it fits in your booth, you can bring it!

  • Can I pick up my booth the next day?

    Yes, but let us know prior.

  • Who will clean up my booth space?

    You! If you bring it, you take it!

  • What happens if it rains?

    Unless it is a total monsoon, the show will go forward as planned.

  • As a vendor, can I participate in the auction?

    Absolutely, used or clearance items will be accepted.

Terms & Conditions

The LCALI program facility will not be held responsible for any injury or damage incurred from cash and carry transactions. Every care will be taken to protect property during the Conference. The LCALI facility property shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage that may occur to any person or property. Exhibitors may dismantle displays after 6:00 pm on WEDNESDAY at beginning of DOT Seminar and move out according to LCALI staff direction. No Refunds will be made unless event is cancelled. EVERY VENDOR must provide the LCALI with an insurance certificate naming the LCALI as a certificate holder. Booth size will be 10'x10'. All display booth setups will be WEDNESDAY ONLY. Setup must be completed by 11:30 am. The LCALI is not responsible for weather. In case of inclement weather check the LCALI website.
