Terms & Conditions
EVERY VENDOR must provide the NSLGA with an insurance certificate naming the NSLGA as a certificate holder.
Booth size will be 10' x 10'. All display material must be contained within the exhibit space. There must be two foot clearance from the aisle. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
Machinery or trucks with gasoline must have 1/4 or less in the tank and will be checked before being brought into the building.
Booth setup will be WEDNESDAY ONLY.
Setup times will be assigned depending where booth is located and must be adhered to. Exhibitors may dismantle displays after 5:00 pm on THURSDAY at close of show and move out according to NSLGA staff direction. Any exhibitor dismantling early will result in a $1000 per booth fine and will not be invited to sign early registration for 2020. The NSLGA has the right to make all space assignments and to reassign space, when necessary, after the contract has been signed. NSLGA has right of interpretation and approval of matters pertaining to the contract. Exhibitors may cancel space in writing only and the following policy applies: If space is cancelled prior to December 1, 2018, 50% of contracted space cost will be retained by the NSLGA. If space is cancelled after December 1, 2018, No Refunds Will Be Made. Any and all promotions inside exhibit area must be approved by NSLGA staff prior to event date. In the event the show is cancelled by NSLGA, space fees or deposits already made will be returned on a pro rata basis, less all show and administrative expense incurred by the NSLGA. The NSLGA is not responsible for weather. In case of inclement weather check the NSLGA website.
Sales & Liability/Cash & Carry Permitted
The NSLGA and Brentwood Community College will not be held responsible for any injury or damage incurred from cash and carry transactions. Every care will be taken to protect property during the Conference. The NSLGA and SCCC-Brentwood shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage that may occur to any person or property. House security will be provided Wednesday night at SCCC Brentwood Campus. Cash and carry items must be held at your booth until customer is ready to leave the building.
